At the post fight press conference, Marvin Vetorri revealed, Paulo Costa threatened him to pull out if he penalized more than 20%.

Speaking at post fight press conference, Marvin revealed how Paulo Costa played dirty negotiations “if you take too much of my purse, I’m out of the fight,’ so he wanted to fight at a higher weight with me not taking that much of his purse, too. That’s how f**king crazy it was.” Said by Marvin.
In a five round battle Marvin defeated Paulo via unanimous decision. However, Paulo was unhappy with the judge’s decision and also criticized the referee for taking out one point from him in round one.
Costa also alleged UFC for making this fight at 205 lbs. He said it was UFC who asked him to fight at catchweight bout and he agreed.
Dana White also confirmed that Costa will not suffer from any internal punishment, However, Dana expects him to fight at UFC Light Heavyweight.
However, Costa still believes he can make 185 lbs and fight at middleweight, he also aspires to become Middleweight Champion and Then move to Light Heavyweight division.
