Thread reveals various footage from their UFC 286 fight where it seems like Leon Edwards used fence grab, glow grab, eye pokes & low blows as his defence. Surprisingly, these tactics seemed to have worked for him.
Even though there is clear evidence of these actions, the referee, Herb Dean, did not take strict action during the fight. Herb Dean is set to be the referee again at UFC 296 for the Edwards vs Covington match. We hope he doesn’t make the same mistake again this time.
