UFC President Dana White has given his thoughts on potential Mcgregor Vs. Holloway fight.
The discussion of Holloway vs Mcgregor started when Mcgregor twitted a video of staring Holloway on TV while watching UFCFight Night 42.
In 2013, they fought on UFC Fight Night 26. Where Conor defeated Holloway by judges decision. Since then Holloway went of undefeated streak to become champion until losing his title to Volkanovski.
After defeating Yair Rodriguez, Holloway expressed interest in fighting Conor to avenge his loss.
However, Despite both McGregor and Holloway expressing interest in a potential rematch, UFC President Dana White does not seem to buy this idea.
Speaking at a post event press conference, Dana Said “I don’t know what’s next for Max, but it does make sense to see him and Volkanovski again,Conor’s not even – Conor’s still hurt. To even talk about Conor is silly.”
Dana also continued by suggesting that Holloway should fight Alexander Volkanovski next and get back his belt.
“It’s one of those things – it was razor thin, (Holloway) just comes in and puts on a performance like this. This is just a guy that Volkanovski’s going to have to deal with, get him out of the way and do it again.” Said by Dana White.
