Former two-division champion Daniel Cormier has shared his prediction for an upcoming boxing event between Anderson Silva vs Jake Paul.
MMA GOAT and former middleweight champion Anderson Silva are set to fight YouTuber turned-pro boxer Jake Paul on November 27.
Paul has previously defeated two former MMA champions Tyron Woodley and Ben Askren.
Former UFC champion Daniel Cormier expects that the forthcoming Jake Paul vs. Anderon Silva fight will be a close contest.
However, “DC” is rooting towards his former opponent Anderson Silva.
“I think Anderson Silva wins the fight, If Jake Paul wins – honestly, he’s a kid that’s in his prime, and I say that knowing that now Jake Paul can fight. The guy can fight. I’m done being of the people that say this kid’s a joke. This kid is not a joke.”
“The kid can fight, and there are many reasons why he can fight. But we talk about Anderson, all that he has done – Anderson beating Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. is bigger and better than anything (Paul’s) ever done.”
