Former UFC Interim Lightweight Champion & Donald Trump’s favorite fighter Colby Chaos Covington believes Khamzat Chimaev would be too easy for him.
Speaking to Mike Heck of MMA Fighting, Colby has shared his thoughts on media hyping up UFCs newcomer Khamzat Chimaev.
When asked to Colby, Weather he would like to fight Khamzat Chimaev next, Colby made his fun by making mom joke.
“Man, I Can’t believe that his mom named him C*m Shot. That such a disgrace,” Said by Colby Covington, “It’s just like a disrespect. It’s like his mom doesn’t even give a sh*t about him. I don’t think he celebrates the mother day, I think that’s like over their in his country wherever he’s from. I don’t think he celebrate that getting called C*m Shot.”
Colby turned down his media hype and suggested to fight some top five guys before awarding him title shot. Colby Said “C*m Shot is a joke Mike!, That guy needs to beat someone worthy like someone in the top five, Someone in the top of the rankings, Not just fighting hand picked people.”
Colby further said if UFC wants him to fight Khamzat, He would love to send him on a hospital trip.
And what he has got?, Three or Four fights?, You know what media loves to rush these kids and these hype jobs. This is fighting man, People gets really hurt for rushing people like that So if you guys wants to rush a guy and take some time of for his life and send him for a hospital trip then yeah! I’m always open for that.

Chimaev is currently one of the most hyped fighter on UFC roaster. Specially after his dominating victory over Li Jinglinag at UFC 267.
