Former UFC Light Heavyweight champion Jon Jones, who has been preparing for his most anticipated Heavyweight debut has responded back to criticism of Francis Ngannou and Israel Adesanya.
Israel Adesanya has been campaigning for a bout against Jon Jones but after Jones relinquishing his light heavyweight title and announcing his move to heavyweight that fight is going to remain as another “What If” in the UFC history.
Jones made fun of Adesanya’s glossy fingernails after the UFC 276 pre-fight press conference. Which has gathered reactions from both Adesanya and his friend Francis Ngannou.
After Adesanya’s victory over Jared Cannonier, Francis Ngannou took it to Twitter to respond to Jones. who he thinks talks a lot rather than acting.
Since Jones been siting back and talking sh*t Izzy have defended his title a least 5 times. Well done CHAMP 🏆 @stylebender

Jon Jones fires back at Ngannou
Ngannou’s tweet seems to hit Jones with solid facts, and it was something that he couldn’t resist replying to. So he hit back with two tweets of his own.
Jones Wrote “Look at Francis over there defending Elsa, how cute, I could takeoff two more years and you guys work combined won’t match what I’ve done in that octagon.”
In next tweet, Jones reminded Ngannou how his friend Adesanya was knocked out by Alex Pereira and dismissed their accomplishments by saying “I could takeoff two more years and you guys work combined won’t match what I’ve done in that octagon.”
In the absence of Francis Ngannou, Jones will be facing former UFC Heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic.
This will be Jones’ first Heavyweight fight and may serve as stage for greatest heavyweight battle among Francis Ngannou and Jon Jones.
