UFC Middleweight Paulo Costa has denied the accusation of alleged assault on nurse over a vaccination card.
Costa was alleged to hit a Nurse who tried to stop him for leaving with the card without getting vaccinated.
“The card was filled out. The workers said that, at the time of application, he did not agree to get vaccinated, he wanted to leave with the card and they did not accept it. At that moment, a nurse took an elbow.”Municipal Guard Marco Mota
In his recent YouTube video, Paulo Costa addressed the allegations made by various reports.
“I think it’s hard to have uglier and more terrifying news than this one, When you hear news like that, you start to imagine a fighter, a heavyweight almost, 220 pounds, a martial arts professional, the damage he would cause to the face of a helpless layperson. A catastrophic image comes to mind.”Paulo Costa
“This assault, that she accused me of, never existed. Not this assault, and not any other assault from me to any woman or person. I vehemently deny this fact and would never do, especially an elbow to the face, like this person alleges.”Paulo CostaADVERTISEMENT
According to US Vaccination policy, Paulo Costa will be required to get fully vaccinated for his next fight with Luke Rockhold.
