Conor McGregor’s Coach Says “He’s Coming Back as a Middleweight”

Conor McGregor has been out of the sports since UFC 264, Where he snapped his leg in the last seconds of round number one.

In his recent appearances Conor McGregor was looking bigger than what he used to look while actively competing. That raised the discussion of whether he is looking to climb up in the division.

Speaking to Submission Radio, Coach John Kavanagh, has shared his knowledge of Conor’s return in the octagon. He confirms that Conor will start his training in a couple of weeks, Now he is doing strength training.

“He’s gonna be back on the mats now, in a couple of weeks with me.” Said by Coach Kavanagh, He also confirmed that Conor now is in huge size and expect him to come as heavy as Middleweight. He is doing a lot of strength training at the moment, the guy’s jacked. I think he’s coming back as a middleweight.”

Previously, McGregor has also shown interest in going up in the division to conquer another division. Despite his weight gain and interest, He has already made clear that he is going to fight for the lightweight title once he come back.
